There are an infinite number of ways to configure a transformer.  It is critical to understand topologies, power, voltage, and other input/output requirements. We offer engineering support when designing new components.  We can execute a clean sheet design, select materials and winding configurations based on critical parameters and create a series of prototypes until the transformer is optimized, all while considering manufacturability and cost.

If you already have a design but need to change one or more parameters, or you have an off-the-shelf product that falls short in some area, we can help.  Many customers seek to modify an existing transformer to meet the needs of their specific application. This includes cases where existing reference design configurations are modified to customer specific requirements.
